Upper Five Vineyard is situated at 1920 feet outside of Talent in the Rogue Valley AVA. Terry Sullivan and Molly Morison planted sauvignon blanc, tempranillo, and syrah grapes on the “upper five” acres of the historic Bagley pear orchard in 2003, and later added grenache. The vineyard received Organic certification in 2005 and added Biodynamic certification in 2018 . The site elevation and northerly aspect allows for good acid retention and distinctive complexity in our grapes. We believe our hands-on organic farming practices and hands- off natural wine making philosophy produces vibrant, intriguing wines that honestly tell the story of a place and time.
